Management reserves the right to deny any animal, at any time, for reasons including: aggression, behavior issues, etc. An additional deposit of $500 per pet is required. Total deposit will not exceed 1.5x gross rent.
APPLICATION PROCESSING:
Open application period starts 6/10/25 at 9am PM PST.
All complete applications are processed in the order received. If you are in a back-up position, your application fee will not be processed if another application is approved before yours. Fees are non-refundable once we start screening your application.
INCOME REQUIREMENTS
Gross income should be 2.5 times the rent.
RENTERS INSURANCE
Proof of renter's insurance is required before move-in and throughout the tenancy.
SMOKING:
All of our units are smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed anywhere or within 20 feet of the property.
MARIJUANA:
This property will not allow the growing or smoking of marijuana.
